We will support your organisation through difficult times in its life. We offer hands on support with difficult or controversial decisions, major changes and dealings with the Charity Commission.
Our Crisis Support ranges from providing advice to the full management and governance for the organisation including:
- Coordination of trustee meetings; preparing agendas, notices, attendance at the meetings and minute taking
- Coordination of public meetings; preparing the agenda, notices, attendance at the meeting, presentation of the issues, managing a public vote and minute taking
